An Indian politician, currently the Treasurer of Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee and Chairman of the co-ordination committee of Mumbai Regional Congress Committee. A low-profile leader and a grassroots worker, Dr. Amarjit Singh Manhas has been the Chairman of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority from 2007 to 2011.
